Order fulfilment

If we dispatch goods and it is established beyond all doubt that Soho’s have:

  • Failed to deliver and no signature is received.
  • Goods are faulty or damaged.
  • The correct item is not delivered.

Soho’s will refund the customers return postage costs if sent by second class requiring a signature. To enable us to refund the cost please send us a scan of your postal receipt. Unfortunately we will be unable to refund without this.
In all other circumstances the customer will bear the cost of returning items sent by us in accordance with your original purchase.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer immediately upon receipt of a signature when delivered. In the event of the item being returned to Soho’s the goods remain the responsibility of the customer until signed for by Soho`s.
Soho’s cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days, from the day after you receive the goods from Soho’s.

When in possession of the goods you are under a duty of care to take reasonable care of them, i.e. clean and free from odour and stains with the original packaging and all garment tags attached.

Returns

Any item not returned in the condition as above will be sent back to the sender, who will be charged the delivery costs. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged when they are returned. We recommend that all goods be returned using a service that can be tracked and needs a signature.

We are unable to accept returns if the purchase was not cancelled within 14 calendar days, from the day after the goods were received. We will return the goods ordered prior to delivery and will charge you the delivery costs involved.

Unless goods are faulty or incorrectly sent the customer is responsible for the cost of returning to us.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

Please fill in our returns form and send back with the item to be returned.

We recommend that all goods be returned using a signed for service (taking out tracking).

How to return your purchase

Please email us the reason for your return before returning the goods. Please use your order number which must be written on the returns form which you should include in with your package.

Please ensure that the item(S) being returned are in original packaging with all tags attached, unworn and free from odour.

Please be aware that you must pay the delivery charge to return the original purchase(S) and we recommend you use signed for service, as we are not liable for goods lost or delayed in the post. Goods are the responsibility of the customer until signed for by Soho’s.

How to exchange your purchase
